Seasonal beer

Translatlantic Foosball

We started with the base of a kettle soured pale beer with wheat and oats. We added some Hallertau Blanc at flame-out and filled the hop back with Sorachi Ace and white pepper, then we fermented with a Belgian yeast strain that would add some spicy flavors.
