Jameson Irish Whiskey and Oedipus Brewing recently joined forces. Together we brewed a beer and aged it in Jameson Whiskey barrels.
We are proud to say that this is the first time a barrel-aging project like this is done here in the Netherlands.
During a trip to the Jameson factory Sander and Rick learned more about the whiskey making process and the impact of wood aging. They immediately got inspired to brew a barrel aged beer, as you can see in the video below.
