This is a collaboration with our friends at Vignaioli Contrà Soarda, an Italian winemaking family. After visiting them in 2019, we left with wine, yeast and barrels to create a series of beers that combine the best of both our worlds.
This is their 2019 Vespaiolo white wine blended with a combination of our witbier and a light saison that we fermented with the indigenous yeast that grows naturally on the Vespaiolo grapes.
