For our six pack of newly discovered lifeforms, we ventured into the unknown with a few of our most inspiring international brewer friends and found all kinds of creepy-crawlies and curious organisms. In the mix of our sixpack, we’re very happy we could add this collaboration with UK brewery Cloudwater Brew Co. Cloudwater creates amazing hoppy beers, so combining our expertise we went for brewing a more Belgian interpretation of a modern hoppy beer. In the grist we added rye, spelt and wheat, as well as barley To get a spicy flavor the beer is fermented with a Belgian yeast strain that brings some peppery notes and ferments out pretty dry. Mostly this beer is about the big amounts of late and dry hops. We added Amarillo, Simcoe Mosiac as whirlpool and hop back hops, and dry hopped with Centennial and Loral. All in all, a modern, hoppy, dry beer.
