VACATURE MAINTENANCE AND FACILITY MANAGER

Your role

Maintenance manager brewery (50%):

  • Maintains, executes preventative maintenance plans for brewery and packaging
    line
  • Performs emergency and non-planned repairs
  • Coordinates with vendors and maintains relations
  • Assists in the development of safety plans for existing facilities
  • Creates and maintains a clean and orderly work area, tool library, and inventory of spare
    parts

Facility manager (25%):

  • Responsible for facilities of all locations: maintenance, fire safety, security, tidiness, contact
    landlord, etc.

Project manager 25%:
Potential projects:

  • Coordination of construction and movement to future locations
  • Research and installation of new brewery equipment

Who are you?

  • You feel connected to the mission and products of Oedipus
  • A handy person with basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, welding , mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
    in Dutch and English
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
  • Maintenance experience in a brewery or food production facility
  • Candidates must be able to occasionally respond to off-hours facility emergencies
  • Broad interest in flavour, culture, arts and music
