One of our favourite Berliner Weisses revamped with a smooth souring strain. It makes for a clean base to showcase raspberries we picked and pureed ourselves. To get the full hit of the fruit, the hop and grain bill was stripped back as far as possible in a clean, crisp, raspberry packed sour beer.
