We ship to all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

If you order from outside the EU, vat is automatically removed. Customs likely charges you for the local tax and excise before or upon delivery of the package.
We are working on adding more countries to our shipping region. At the moment we do ship merch to countries outside of Europe.

All parcels are sent through Post.nl via MyParcel.
For addresses in the Netherlands, you can generally expect your order within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday afternoons and the weekends do not leave our warehouse until Monday.
For orders outside of the Netherlands, the delivery times depend on the postal carrier. Since we are dependent on third-party postal carriers, we can unfortunately not promise a certain delivery day for your order.
If your shipment has to go through customs, it is possible this can significantly slow the delivery down. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
When ordering through the Oedipus web store, you will receive a track and trace code with which you can track your parcel. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, your track and trace will be updated.
We accept iDeal, PayPal, Maestro, MasterCard and VISA as payment options.
If you receive one or more damaged items, please contact us.
Make sure to take pictures of:
– the box as you received it
– the box with the label visible
– the inside of the box when you opened it
You’ll receive a full refund of the damaged items or they will be replaced free of charge. Please be quick with sending us the images, claims can be made up to a maximum of six days after delivery.
Local pickup in Amsterdam is possible.
You can choose to pick it up:
during office hours (mon-fri: 9.00-16.30)
at the warehouse (Schaafstraat 17, 1021 KD, Amsterdam, NL, blue overhead door)
in the evening/weekend (thu-fri: 16-23, sat-sun: 14-23)
at the taproom (Gedempt Hamerkanaal 85, 1021 KP, Amsterdam, NL)
If you are not satisfied with the items received, you can return them. We accept returns if:
– The items are returned within 14 days after the package was received.
– The items are in the same condition as you received them.
– The items are unused and in the original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are not covered.
