Dark, smooth and a little elastic with a soft mouthfeel – this is our Panty. She is Stout, has roasted, chocolate flavors, but isn’t sweet. We used American Cascade hops and rye malts for some licorice aromas and fermented it with an American Ale yeast strain, making it clean and dry.

Relevant: ‘Panty’ in Dutch means tights/stockings, while in English the word ‘panties’ refers to underpants/knickers. Both are delicious.
