A beer exploring the boundaries between beer and wine collaborating with Vignaioli Contrà Soarda. We wanted to create a more complex version of the basic saison fermented with the indigenous yeast culture that grows naturally on the Vespaiola grapes (Mary) and blended it with our witbier aged for a year in a red wine barrel with the same yeast culture.
