In 2019, we brewed a witbier called Strip together with our friends at Skatecafé; Karin and Yvonne are the grown-up versions. Yvonne has been aged in a Sauternes barrel for 12 months, whilst Karin has been aged in a white wine barrel for 12 months. Both were then blended with fresh witbier. Nowadays, they’re still up for the dancefloor, but might be happier accompanying a good meal. Proost!
