Studio Oedipus No. 15
This is our 15th Studio experiment: a rebellious collaboration with our wonderful friends from Laugar. Surprise surprise: we created a traditional bottom fermented Bock. With a double mash, we built the base for a strong beer with rich biscuit and chocolate flavours, adding some candy sugar for a thicker mouthfeel. The brew fermented slow on cold temperature to get a clean fermentation profile; a touch of aroma hops provides a bit of brightness in this warming 10% ABV beer.
