This black white beer is a tribute to the harmonious complexity of John Coltrane’s music.
His revolutionary chord progressions, the Coltrane changes, and reverence for the number three inspired us to get creative with beer’s own holy trinity of malt, hops and yeast. Late night improvisations in the brewery fuelled by Trane’s transcendental music produced a smokey witbier that we hope would have been one of his favourite things.
